We’ve got some news to share! Kura has just won the Employee Choice Award at the Living Wage Scotland Awards 2023. This award showcases our commitment to our people and how we believe a hard day’s work receives a fair day’s pay.

Living Wage Week 2023: What is the Living Wage?

This week we celebrating Living Wage Week across or UK sites. The real Living Wage is higher than the UK government’s minimum, or National Living Wage, and is an independently calculated hourly rate of pay that is based on the actual cost of living. This means that every UK member of staff working for Kura earn a real Living Wage.
