Celebrating National Customer Service Week
It’s National Customer Service Week, a week dedicated to raising awareness of the vital role customer service plays in successful business practice and company growth. In true Kura fashion, we’re keen to mark this occasion and join in the celebrations to thank and reward our advisors for the great work they deliver day in and day out.
For us, great customer service is about creating relationships. We’re building a culture that shifts the mind-set from focusing on “things and stuff” to “people and their behaviour.” We call this process “Crossing the Bridge.” Our vision is, to one day, be recognised as “Unrivalled in Developing People.” That’s a bold statement for any outsourcer, but then again, we’re not like any other outsourcer!
We have loads of great activities planned for this week including; ‘going back to school’- some advisors will spend their time in training rooms across the week learning about our early life advisor journey, and have the opportunity to contribute new ideas to the way we currently do things. We have recognition walls to showcase those individuals that were nominated by peers for going the extra mile, and we’ll finish the week by crowning one advisor The National Customer Service Star.
