The best performance starts with clear goals. What is it our people want to achieve at Kura? And more importantly, how can we help them get there?
C2K is an annual performance measure whereby each manager and leader across the business signs up to their commitments to Kura.
C2K sets up the path for an advisors career ahead.

With 2M, advisors get personal time with their coach each month to reflect, discuss and review how they are performing against their C2K commitments.
This allows people to get into a growth mindset on how to become the best version of themselves using the Kura values.
