Brian has been CEO of the business since 2009. He has worked at board level in a number of organisations across a range of different sectors. Brian's passion is people.
His vision for Kura will transform the traditional thinking of the Customer Management Industry.

JULIE MCINTOSH
Julie joined the business in late 2009, having previously worked at board level in the defence, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.
Julie believes everyone has potential, and she has a passion for helping people realise their full potential to be the best they can be.
Finance Director
Kenny Rodgers
Kenny is an experienced financial leader for over 15 years who is focussed on driving sustainable profitability and business growth. He is accountable for the overall financial performance and strategy across the business. Kenny is also responsible for the Finance, Payroll, Resource Planning, Legal and Compliance departments.
Kenny is also Managing Director of our South African offices, overseeing the operation in our two Durban locations.
Operations Director
Owen Campbell
Owen joined the business in 2012 as a contact centre advisor and has grown through the ranks and his promotion into Operations Director in 2023 is recognition for his dedication to operational excellence within the contact centre industry.
Owen is responsible for all of our operations areas, spanning across Scotland, England and South Africa.
